So, I just realized to edit a music video I'm working on, the entire sequence needs to be rendered to achieve real time playback. Lame.
In laymans terms, every editing system drools, Avid rules.

3rd World America
Although I've been writing almost nothing in the past months, my brains still catalogues shit like this for future reference.

This Week In Bob Officer
I'm chilling in Bahstan. I actually have all of the time in the world to be posting a comic right now as I surrendered equipment back to the rental place an hour ago. But I'm feeling pretty burnt. Maybe it's the last 72 hours of non-stop pro-bono production, or maybe it's all the gin I put in me last night. Either way my comic will have to wait. Instead of declaring another reprieve from this "incredibly easy thing I always put off to the last minute and then complain about at 2 in the A.M." - I'm dropping this weeks comic on Wednesday. So my one subscriber will have to wait. Sorry Tim.

Pictures of Food Vol. 1
I had it in mind for a while to do a blog called How To Eat When You're Poor. It joins a legion of other blogs I've come up with including but not limited to Eavesdropping in Brooklyn,How I Am Going To Die, Candidates For Top Ten,Have You Seen This New Porn Chick I'm Into?; and a blog where I would anonymously make fun of women's fashion with another party who also will be anonymous.
Alas, these little gems never never came into fruition. So instead of letting all these pictures of food take up space needlessly I've decided to incorporate them into this blog. After all it's not like I'm overflowing with funny blogs lately...and I have a lot of pictures of food.
Remember when that happened? Well to celebrate I made meatballs. Dunno what prompted that, other than the realization that I hadn't eaten meatballs in far to long.
This is a remarkably straighforward dish, but it's fun and easy. It's basically handrolled ground beef that I seasoned to taste. Then baked on a sheet for about 30 minutes. The pasta part of the meal is pretty self-explanatory. Actually, if I had to explain pasta I would probably have to use cave drawings and hand signals because you are obviously retarded.
Salad...See above for instructions.
And sliced sourdough from Key Food's bakery.
I think the total cost came to 35$ and fed 5 people not including myself. So basically it fed 7 or 8 people.
