Tetra

First Drafts...not spell checked.

The boat pulled up to the side of the place, the sound of the engines fading softly. JD and Demetri leaning cautiously over the railing; Bunny waiting anxiously for orders to do anything at all.
The captain crept up behind them and spoke in grizzled seaman broken english.

"The service entrance under the platform is the only entrance we can access with a boat this size."

"Lead the way please," Demetri responded idly, his attention on whatever it was he saw in that viewfinder.

Bunny watched as the platforms shadow surrounded the skiff. A goliath of concrete, the rigs underbelly consisted of a series of pipes and tubing; 21st century space age tubing, obsolete as hell and caked with barnacles. Waves lapped up at the struts holding the edifice, making a sound like dogs lapping at milk rapidly and in tandem.

A pillar of carbon nano-fiber plunged into the water at the center. Bunny remembered the massive tower like a turret extending from the top like a beacon. He thought it must be the tool that they used to get the oil.

To the far end of the belly was the service entrance as the captain had described it. They chugged along, the little skiff's battery chirping as if with the strain of it's journey. The entrance was a little platform touching the ocean's surface. A little basket cage and a powwerlift that looked as if it could hold most of the crew whent hey returneed. If Demetri made his decision they would likely be back with a almost a hundred. Bunny tried to picture it. His first big picture, and all the way out on what might has well have been a haunted mansion at sea.
